So I’m back from a very intense, but fruitful T session. I’m starting male-female relationship therapy as well as ergo therapy. As I think incorporating physical relaxation exercises could help me a lot more than anything else to love myself more. I already am over my suicidal depression, but have a long way to go still for my communication and socializing skills. Starting next week or the one after, I’ll have 2 Ts : my usual one and an ergo therapist.
